We enrolled two of our new employees to the Business Administration Apprenticeship scheme in 2018. During a 12 month period, our apprentices received regular instruction and guidance from their tutor.

The workplace visits were always well organised and disciplined, providing a structure and setting goals on a regular basis. The student were always able to obtain help when required and guidance in any areas, if they were struggling.

Their tutor was knowledgeable and friendly but still provided a strong management ethic. Communication from HoW College regarding progress of the students was regular and informative.

Claiming the funding was a simple process and easy to obtain once we had provided the required documentation.

Overall, the students have gained a valuable qualification and more importantly have become valued members of our team thanks to the considerable additional training and experience received from their apprenticeships.
