Committee Meetings

Governors discharge their responsibilities through regular meetings of the Corporation (for the current year this is by way of a workshop, a strategic away day and three full Corporation meetings) and its Committees. There are currently five main committees: Audit, Finance and Resources, Governance and Search, Remuneration and Teaching and Learning. In addition the Corporation has a Corporation Appeal Committee and also has representation on the HE Academic Board.
