Alongside Corporation Meetings, the Corporation Workshop and the Strategic Planning Day, Governors fulfil their responsibilities through active membership of the Committees to which they have been appointed to  There are currently five Committees that support the overall work of the Corporation:  Audit, Finance and Resources, Governance and Search, Remuneration and Teaching and Learning Committee.  In addition, the Corporation has an Appeals Committee, which can be convened as and when required.  The Corporation is also represented on the HE Academic Board by the Lead Governor for Higher Education.
