In conjunction with the UK Governments launch of Skills Bootcamps – part of the Government’s Lifetime Skills Guarantee, helping everyone gain skills for life - we alongside Worcestershire County Council, are pleased to be launching our Skills Bootcamp for Health and Social Care Workers.

Skills Bootcamps are flexible courses of up to 16 weeks, giving people the opportunity to build up sector-specific skills and fast-track to an interview with a local employer.

Skills Bootcamp for Health and Social Care Workers

The Skills Bootcamp for Health and Social Care Workers is aimed at anyone who would like to develop their knowledge and skills to support a career in health and social care. You will learn a variety of skills essential to the role, including lone working, dementia care, end of life care, person centred care, safeguarding, infection control and promoting mental health and wellbeing.

The skills bootcamp can also help you to move quickly into a team leading role or work as a Senior Health and Social Care Assistant within a broad mix of care settings, including residential and domiciliary care.

The Skills Bootcamp in Care Management willtake place at the College's Worcester campus.
