Course Overview
The Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering has been designed to meet the requirements of many Engineering apprenticeship standards, including the Mechatronics Maintenance Technician. The course can be delivered to adults working in an Engineering related role to further develop knowledge and skills and enhance progression opportunities. It enables learners to complete additional optional units to allow for greater specialism in their chosen areas. There are 5 mandatory units and 6 optional units to complete. The Level 3 Diploma in Engineering at the Heart of Worcestershire College gives academic and practical expertise to help you to progress with your career.
Entry requirements
No prior knowledge, understanding, skills or qualifications are required before learners enrol for this qualification. In order to optimise success candidates will typically have four GCSEs at Grade 4 or equivalent, including English, maths and a Science. Experience working in Engineering is also taken into account.
