Heart of Worcestershire College has been accredited to the matrix Standard, after being assessed by the matrix Standard. This is a honourable achievement for the college and we will continue to improve our information, advice, and guidance services for the future. 

The matrix Standard is the international quality standard for organisations that deliver information, advice and/or guidance (IAG), either as their sole purpose or as part of their service offering. The matrix Standard is designed to benchmark organisations against best practice in these areas.
