We can confirm that there are two confirmed cases of COVID-19 at Heart of Worcestershire College. We have responded quickly and taken action following advice from the Local Outbreak Response Team (LORT). Those in close contact with the affected parties have been informed and will self-isolate for 14 days.
Heart of Worcestershire College remains open to staff and students who should attend as normal unless otherwise advised. To ensure we maintain a safe college environment we ask all staff and students to not attend if they are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19. If students are exhibiting symptoms or have tested positive this needs to be reported to StudentCOV19reporting@howcollege.ac.uk. Whilst on-site please continue to follow the safety guidelines and maintain excellent hygiene and social distancing.
