Via The Ede & Ravenscroft Website:
This year we will be offering graduates the opportunity to purchase tickets for the ceremony via the Ede & Ravenscroft website along with gown hire and photography.
How To Purchase
- Visit www.edeandravenscroft.co.uk
- Select ‘hire or purchase academic dress’ under the graduation services tab
- Under new customer, search for Heart of Worcestershire College
- Register with your student ID number, surname and email address
- Once your profile has been created you will be able to purchase tickets, hire your gown and pre-purchase photography.
Please note: The graduate ticket will automatically default to one and cannot be amended. You can purchase additional tickets for guests.
Tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Important Information
Please note that students will be unable to graduate until all outstanding fees are settled.
The following is an extract from the College Fees Policy:
Non Payment of Fees:
‘Where fees remain outstanding on completion of a programme of study, examination and other certificates may not be released and learners will not be entitled to graduate’.
Please note the deadline for ordering tickets is Friday 25th August 2023.
