Can I purchase only two tickets?

Each graduate has been allocated two tickets to purchase for guests. After the cut off date for ticket purchasing, any remaining tickets will be put on general sale and can be purchased via the Ede & Ravenscroft website on a first come first served basis. You do not need to contact the College to express an interest in additional tickets.

My results aren’t due until the summer, do I wait to purchase my tickets and hire my gown?

Providing your results are released prior to the outlined deadlines you are welcome to wait to purchase your tickets and gowns however we do recommend that you complete your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

I can no longer attend graduation/I didn’t get the results I expected, can I get a refund?

Refunds will be available via Ede & Ravenscroft. If you would like a refund you will need to contact the company directly via the enet system.

What details do I need to order my tickets and gown?

You will need to set up an account using your student ID number (as displayed on your ID card). If your ID does not work please contact marketing@howcollege.ac.uk including Graduation ID in the subject field.

Please note it is not mandatory for Access to HE students to wear a gown, however, we like to give all students the option.

Is there any disabled access?

Yes, there is disabled access at both the College campus and at the Cathedral. If any members of your party are disabled please notify us when ordering so we can insure that adequate arrangements are made for their comfort in the ceremony.

A member of my party has special dietary requirements, do I need to tell you?

Yes, if any of your party have specific dietary requirements please notify us when completing your order.

My guests include a child under the age of 5, do I still need to purchase a ticket for them?

Young children, under the age of 5, will not need a ticket however we do ask that you notify us of their attendance upon completing your order so that we can make sure that adequate seating will be available.

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be sent in an e-format from 5th September to the email address used at the time of ordering. You do not need to print these tickets but you will need to show confirmation upon entry to the Cathedral.
