Course Overview

Designed for experienced managers and operational leaders, this advanced programme develops strategic insight, technical knowledge, and practical expertise to lead teams and drive organisational success. This flexible programme enables learners and employers to choose the Award, Certificate or Diploma route to fit their goals. Each option equips learners with the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to lead teams and manage change effectively. Real world assessment supports learners to apply their skills immediately in the workplace.

Delivery Information:
2 x 4 hours workshops towards unit outcomes and criteria.

This qualification is delivered by teaching staff with managerial experience in both public and private sector.
