Course Overview

The Level 1 Construction Skills qualification is an introductory course designed for learners who want to develop basic practical skills and knowledge across a range of construction trades.

The course provides a broad foundation in construction, allowing learners to explore different trade areas while developing essential employability skills. It combines practical workshop activities with classroom-based theoretical learning, helping learners understand construction processes, safety, and workplace expectations.

For this course you will need stationery, steel toe capped boots and a tape measure.

Entry requirements

A formal GCSE grade in both English language and Mathematics.

What can I do next
