The Level 2 Award in Digital and IT Skills develops learners’ confidence and competence in using digital tools for work, study, and everyday tasks. It builds practical skills in areas such as office based software, digital communication, cybersecurity awareness, and creating and managing digital content, enabling learners to apply computing theory to real world scenarios. Designed to support progression into employment or further digital learning, the qualification helps learners strengthen their IT capabilities and prepare for roles requiring essential digital and IT knowledge
