Course overview

This is the final stage to achieving full Accounting Technicians status. The Heart of Worcestershire College pass rates for this course are currently above the national average for AAT. The course has the following core modules; Financial Statements, Budgeting and Decision and Control. Alongside this we run a choice of options. We currently offer either:
a) Credit Control and Cash Management; or b) Personal Tax and Business Tax.

Entry requirements

AAT Diploma in Accounting, Level 3.

The College has a commitment to widening participation in Higher Education, and will therefore give careful consideration to prior experiential learning, non-traditional qualifications and qualifications obtained outside of the United Kingdom.

Management Accounting - Budgeting
Management Accounting - Decision and Control
Synoptic Assessment covering all of the above and also:

Business Tax
Personal Tax
Cash Management
Credit Management

Upon achieving this qualification you may wish to continue studying accountancy either through CIMA or ACCA.
