At Solutions, Heart of Worcestershire College, we adapt our training to meet your specific business needs. Our vision is to provide a complete training package that will help your workforce develop the skills they need to keep up with a globally competitive business market.

Unlike many training providers we put your need for flexible and cost effective training at the centre of everything we do. That’s why we created Solutions; a bespoke training service that builds tailored training and assessment sessions that can be delivered on your premises, or ours, at a time to suit you.

You can choose from a wide range of training opportunities, from basic skills to professional qualifications. We even offer advice on funding and can help you access free or subsidised training programmes.

Solutions was established as an employer responsive service for Worcester College of Technology in 2008 and became the employer responsive brand for Heart of Worcestershire College when Worcester College of Technology and North East Worcestershire merged in August 2014.

Solutions engages in collaborative working with the National Apprenticeship Service (NAS), Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP), Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Shropshire Training Providers Association (HWSTPA), Worcestershire Apprenticeships and Worcestershire County Council, in addition to the appropriate district councils. Solutions has aligned itself to the Worcestershire LEP’s Employment and Skills Strategy, particularly the skills and workforce planning aspect which is focused in increasing Apprenticeships, developing graduate opportunities and increasing private sector investment. Solutions is also working collectively with other training providers to achieve the Worcestershire Apprenticeship Plan.
