This short introduction to mindfulness will help you look at what makes you feel stressed and how simple techniques such as noticing your breath and counting your thoughts for example, can help you cope. Simple and yet so effective!

A manual and the session meditations are available to aid home practice.
You may like to bring a pen, blanket and a bottle of water. If you wish to sit on a cushion on the floor during the meditations, please bring your own yoga mat or cushion.
Please note this course depends on minimum student numbers to run, we therefore do not recommend you purchase any equipment until the course is confirmed as going ahead. You will be fully refunded the course fee should the course be cancelled.
There are no formal entry requirements. This course is perfect for beginners and those already working with a mindfulness practice.
