Microsoft Office Applications: Intermediate Users, Level 2

Course overview

This course provides in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and strongly supports a wide breadth of IT requirements across many workplace industries. Includes creating and using templates, setting up and using styles, complex functions and formulas in Excel and much more.

Delivery Information:
This 8-week will be delivered 2 days per week, 9.30am-2.30pm

Entry requirements

You will need either completion of the Level 1 course or completion of a skills test

How will I be assessed?

All assessments are undertaken at the HoW College IT Skills Centre and will involve using a computer and the skills you have learnt throughout each unit.

What can I do next

The City & Guilds iTQ is a recognised entry qualification for work in the general employment sector and is commonly a basic requirement for most employers. This covers a very wide range of jobs and career opportunities.

When you have completed the Microsoft Office Applications – Intermediate Users (Level 2) you can choose to progress onto the Microsoft Office Applications – Advanced Users (Level 3).
