HoW College Student’s Career ‘Lifts Off’ With British Airways

Former Heart of Worcestershire College (HoW College) student, Allie Morgan, is flying high as she takes her career to new heights at British Airways as a part of their cabin crew.

Allie enrolled onto the Level 3 Travel and Tourism course at HoW College’s Redditch campus.  The course combines classroom theory with practical application allowing students to progress into the workplace or on to higher education.

Speaking about her experience at college, Allie said:

‘When I started the course I really wanted a career in the hospitality industry, however, my time at college broadened my horizons and my tutors really inspired me to apply for the position at British Airways.”

Talking about the course, Allied added:

“I enjoyed the mix of theory and practical elements to the course. I found the college environment more grown up and I was treated like an adult.”

Commenting on Allie’s success, CRQ Leader Business and Travel & Tourism, Bridget Robinson said:

“We are so proud of Allie; she has done extremely well to secure her position at British Airways.  Going forward I have no doubt she will be successful in her chosen career.”

As Allie progresses within the Travel and Tourism industry we wish her the best of luck; the sky really is her limit!
