Course overview
This level 4 certificate has been designed for those individuals who have wider quality assurance responsibilities and manage others, develop policies or manage External Quality Assurance (EQA) visits. This is the qualification which lead internal quality assurers need to take.
The qualification covers the topics of the principles and practices of internally assuring the quality of assessment how to internally assure the quality of assessment and to plan, allocate and monitor work in your own area of responsibility.
This course is a blended delivery with 1 workshop per month.
Entry requirements
To have responsibility for internal verification strategy within the working environment.
How will I be assessed?
Assessment - All units are internally assessed. Each unit within the qualification has specified assessment criteria which must be met. To achieve a pass the learner must have met all the assessment criteria.
Evidence of competence may come from:
- Current Practice
- A Programme of Development
- The Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
