Course overview

Every year brings new employment regulations for employers to negotiate, whether it's; retirement, agency workers, bribery or equality legislation. This year, new legislation is relevant to all organisations.

The workshop will take on a practical approach and will include pertinent topics such as; the abolition of the default retirement age, changes to maternity and paternity leave provisions, equal treatment for agency workers, Equality Act 2010, Bribery Act 2010 and the right to request flexible working extension.
