This course assumes that you have either taken the Starting Photography course, or have some basic experience and wish to consolidate and improve your skills. You will review technical aspects of photography such as lighting, better use of aperture, shutter and film speed, but the main emphasis will be on principles of composition for both portrait and landscape photography. By viewing and discussing examples of your own work and others you will gain the confidence to explore and develop your skills with the camera. In addition to the 7 evening sessions there will be 3 two-hour Saturday or Sunday morning photo location shoots.
Basic experience and an interest in photography is necessary.
