Unimpressed with boring gym sessions? Fed up of huffing and puffing on a treadmill? Looking for a fun way to keep fit? Then come join our friendly Keep Fit Ladies Over 50 class!
The class is designed to develop agility, flexibility and co-ordination. Each week you will be improving and maintaining fitness through low impact movement, dance and exercise. We ask that you wear loose clothing, tracksuit bottoms, t-shirt, and trainers. We also advise that you bring a bottle of water to keep hydrated during the class!
