Course overview

This engineering course combines engineering techniques and creative design, this course will teach you how to develop innovative design solutions using the latest engineering technologies, such as 3D printing and virtual reality.

The Level 3 Design Engineering programme combines engineering skills and knowledge with creative applications of computer based engineering, covering both mechanical and electrical theory to prepare you for a career in the modern engineering industry.

Entry requirements

5 GCSEs A*-C (9-4) including English, maths and science. Entry will be subject to a satisfactory reference and interview.
